Tracy Golf & Country Club first opened for play in 1955. The course was designed by Robert E. Baldock.
The unique design offers tastes of traditional Robert Baldock challenges, coupled with a links course feel, with water coming into play on 9 of the 18 holes.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,630 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,741 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 14, a par-5 that plays to 551 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 11, a par-3 that plays to 151 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 1, a 429-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest at Tracy Golf & Country Club hole is # 16, a 324 yard par-4.

The only thing good about this course was the weather. The greens were punched a while ago and never came back to the desired condition. Not a course I would reccomend.

Apparently, this course has improved greatly since the last reviewer was there. The price was good for a Sunday, as was the pace of play. The course was in very good condition and the layout is great. It's a true test of golf. The rough is punishing and trees seem to be there to block every errant shot! Bring your A game if you've got one. If you don't, it's gonna be a long day...
